  • Establish partnerships with payers (health insurers), providers (hospitals, pharmacies) and technology vendors to generate revenues, gain greater reach/distribution to our target patient population, bring in valuable patient data/content/resources/tools to enhance the patient experience and sustain high levels of engagement
  • Working closely with the EVP Marketing and BD, you will manage all aspects of the partner development process, from identifying potential partners, negotiation and closing of deals and ongoing relationship management
  • Stay abreast of the evolving healthcare landscape and collaborate with Medisafe team to prioritize partnerships
  • Work with partners and internal Medisafe partner success team to create, plan and execute all fascets of the partner collaborations
  • Exhibit at conferences, attend association events, and otherwise act as an ambassador for the Medisafe brand
  • Strong track-record of establishing long-term relationships with key influencers in the medical space
  • Mix of B2C and B2B
  • Healthcare experience is a must, preferably in the payer/provider arena
  • Exposure to large, complex, heavily regulated, often bureaucratic organizations with track record for getting them to move more quickly

Education/ Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree a plus).
  • Analytically grounded with experience using relevant software for measurement, analysis, optimization

Job Description

Medisafe, the number #1 patient management and adherence platform, is looking for a Partner Success Manager. This position will be responsible for successful implementation and on-going management of product deployments, ensuring timely and profitable results for both our Partners and Medisafe.
  • Skilled support of project management and client relationship management to drive measurable financial and strategic results for our Partners (pharmaceutical industry, pharmacies, payers, healthcare systems, associations, and enterprise technology companies) and Medisafe.
  • Ensure Partner satisfaction and retention so each is referenceable and a Medisafe raving fan.
  • Gain deep understanding of Medisafe platform functionality, capability and value
  • Gain deep understanding of Partner priorities and uncover opportunities to cross-sell Medisafe platform to additional business units, brands, and regions within a Partner’s organization.
  • Work with Partner to create, plan and execute marketing programs that expand user adoption to Medisafe and Partners’ products, achieving/exceeding growth KPI goals for both Medisafe and our Partners. Collaborate with Partner project team to establish trusted advisory relationships, foster consensus and resolve organizational barriers.
  • Act as “General Contractor” with Medisafe cross-functional teams ensuring timelines and project scope are met. At all times, protect the interests of Medisafe and its team members.
  • Ensure routine documentation of product deployment, workflows, analytics, team processes, etc.
  • Work with the VP Partner Success to build and scale Medisafe capabilities and cross-client efficiencies. Synthesize user and Partner feedback into clear and actionable recommendations to impact Medisafe’s broader strategy, business model, and business development.
  • Assess, mitigate and communicate to the VP Partner Success any risk in renewing existing contracts.
  • Exhibit at conferences, attend association events, and otherwise act as an ambassador for the Medisafe brand.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years of healthcare experience. Digital Health and/or Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to large, complex organizations - heavily regulated, often bureaucratic organizations with track record for getting them to move more quickly.
  • B2B experience is required; B2B2C and B2C experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of data analytics with experience using relevant software for measurement, project management, analysis, and optimization, i.e. excel, power point, JIRA, Trello
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to clients, adapting to different cultural communication styles, and often in a group setting

Job Description

Responsible for creating content for new programs and ensuring copy is cohesive across multiple platforms and touchpoints. Initial responsibilities will be to support senior level Partner Success staff during program implementations and managing the end-to-end medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review process. This role will review all submissions for appropriate routing and to ensure compliance.
  • The core of the role is adjusting content provided by our partners team for web and hard copy formats into Medisafe’s mobile experience.
  • The role will gain full understanding of the patient journey with the brand and adjust the provided content accordingly, as to trigger specific actions and engagement with the app, and safely walk patients through their journey, keeping them informed, confident, and motivated.
  • This position will work closely with the Medisafe Product team as well as US Partner Success team
  • Will need to be flexible/available for some morning meetings (7am - 10am) to ensure communication with teams on different time zones
  • Experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory process is required
  • This role will prepare documents for MLR review and facilitate document required changes and comments as part of MLR meetings.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of promotional and medical submissions.
  • Perform quality review check to ensure all changes have been completed.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-10 years’ experience as a content writer, microcopy writer, or UX writer with a focus in the following areas: Medical technology / Digital / Writing for apps / US pharma or insurance
  • 2-3 years’ experience with MLR
  • Exposure to large, complex organizations - heavily regulated, often bureaucratic organizations

This is a highly important sales role (virtual/home office based). The Sales professional will lead the growth and development of their Accounts. (S)he will play a key role within the company, having responsibility for developing new partnerships with brands and analytics functions within pharmaceutical manufacturers. S/he will have both sales development representative and marketing lead generation support and drive the entire sales cycle from warm prospecting into companies, to securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers. This is a virtual role but would like candidates in the PA, NJ, NY, Conn and MA areas ideally.

Education/Experience

  • 8-10 years of outside sales experience calling directly on pharmaceutical brands/Patient services/analytics/ commercial operations functions with a proven track record of success meeting and exceeding annual sales/revenue targets.
  • Experience selling solutions to brand marketers, commercial leaders, consumer focused roles, patient services, analytics functions, and leadership teams at any level of a pharma organization.
  • Digital channel experience a plus.
  • Technology and SaaS based sales experience is a plus.
  • Hunter who excels in developing new business accounts, brings in own contacts and book of business and responsible for own lead generation along with support from SDR.
  • Comfort negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and managing invoicing logistics.
  • Conversant in pharmaceutical secondary data assets and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Expertise in developing senior-level, trust and performance-based relationships by identifying products/services and sell opportunities that best meet client’s needs.

As a Product Manager in Medisafe, you will be responsible for the full ideation and development cycle of digital patient support programs. You will start by gaining a deep understanding of patient’s challenges and needs before and during their treatment. You will map business challenges and goals. You will then define product requirements and lead the solution design to best support patients by the digital platform and tools that Medisafe develops. You will do so by working closely with internal stakeholders (Partner Success Managers, UX Designers, Behavioral Insights and content experts) as well as with customers and partners from the Healthcare Industry. You will collaborate with the development team to provide guidance by mediating partners and patients needs. You will perform post launch activities to verify the success of the program. You will be at the intersection between the business, customers and technology.
