Medisafe, the #1 medication management platform worldwide, is seeking a talented and hands-on individual to join our US team as our Marketing Associate.

This is a new position immediately available. You will be a valued team member and be on the cutting edge of driving better patient outcomes through Digital Health applications.

You’ll be joining a growing company with offices in Boston, London and Haifa and collaborating with world-class product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers in a fast-paced, rapidly advancing Digital Health space.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll work across the marketing team generating brand awareness, executing lead generation campaigns, supporting sales enablement initiatives and managing social media programs.  

Responsibilities:

Event Coordination

  • Responsible for coordinating Medisafe’s attendance and representation at events and conferences
  • Coordinating existing conference schedule of approximately 6-7 conferences a year
  • Event support includes securing sponsorship levels, coordinating booth presence including give-aways and collateral, briefing sales team on logistics and schedule and tracking leads generated.
  • Evaluating new events/opportunities for Medisafe to sponsor/attend
  • Running conference budget for all events
  • Work with Marketing team to determine speaking opportunities at select conference events and appropriate spokesperson(s)

Social Media 

  • Overseeing and optimizing social media communications and channel management
  • Developing social media schedule of content deployment in coordination with Marketing team
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing team to develop new social content and expand to new social channels to expand reach
  • Responsible for increasing engagement on social media channels
  • Expanding social media channels for both lead generation and user acquisition
  • Measuring and reporting on social media performance

Lead Generation

  • Developing and executing successful short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the sales pipeline
  • Assisting in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Measuring and analyzing campaign and marketing success on a daily basis
  • Delivering performance reports to leadership and departments
  • Managing company stats and keeping all channels updated, marketing inventory management

Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years of experience as a marketing channels manager 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, multi-lingual a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Subject matter acumen in the Healthcare Industry / Digital Health an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS PPT + Word, and Adobe CS (inDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat) a plus
  • Experience with lead generation platforms including Salesforce and Pardot
