About The Role

As our Office & Employee Experience Manager, you will be responsible for a major part of the daily life at our office and almost every task related to HR admin, procurement, office admin and technical needs. You will also serve as the focal point for employees and external service providers regarding these aspects.

You will hold responsibility for creating special and unique experiences for our employees, ensuring a high level of operational excellence and efficiency while maintaining our unique DNA.

A service-oriented person with a passion for operations. You’re a self-starter who likes to get creative with new ideas and projects and not afraid of learning new skills. Keeping things organized is easy for you and your time management skills are superb. You get excited about getting things done and you can juggle tasks while still paying attention to details. You’re also flexible and cooperative and you LOVE to provide great service and personalized experiences whether big or small.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Work directly with the HRBP on employee experience needs
  • Manage and execute the day-to-day administrative activities of the company to ensure smooth operation
  • Be the point of contact for external suppliers
  • Plan and execute employee experience concepts that express the company values, culture and goals, including:  celebrating business milestones, acknowledging employees’ personal milestones, holidays, happy hours, team building events, enrichment activities, holiday gifts and more
  • Procurement – purchase office equipment and supplies, support logistics on-demand
  • Bookkeeping and Payroll 
  • Initiate creative ideas that would make our employees happier, engaged and more connected to the company. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Manager / other administrative roles (or equivalent military service experience).
  • “Can-do” attitude who possesses strong professional accountability and individual ownership
  • Putting ‘people first’ energy and passion for producing a strong & positive company spirit
  • Creative thinking
  • Attention to details alongside ability to see the big picture, able to work with multiple interfaces, high execution skills
  • Proactive and highly motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach
  • Multitasking – ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests
  • Open to learn new technology tools
  • Excellent service and interpersonal skills along with assertiveness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – both in English and Hebrew

 


We’re located in downtown Haifa and, a walking distance from the train station.
