We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager, to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams.

Your strong technical expertise, combined with your project management skills, will be crucial in driving the successful completion of projects while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, and ultimately improving the lives of patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones, and develop comprehensive project plans to guide project teams.
• Ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the project lifecycle by working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, Product, and quality assurance.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members to speed up project progress.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply your in-depth technical and development knowledge, including design controls, verification and validation, risk management, and documentation requirements.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure clear communication, alignment of expectations, and timely resolution of any project-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience  in project management with a deep understanding and a know-how in developing processes  – Advantage in the medical device industry
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485) and experience ensuring compliance with these requirements – Advantage 
• A product-oriented person with a business vision and a strong can-do approach
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English – Must
• Experience working with global clients
• Strong technical background with knowledge of design controls, verification and validation processes, risk management, and quality systems.
