The Medisafe team includes over 75 team members, across two global locations – Israel and the US. We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our US team in the Boston area.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing qualified leads’ initiatives, qualifying sales opportunities and meeting pipeline KPIs. The daily responsibilities will include coordinating prospecting across the sales team with marketing initiatives and assets. The SDR will create an excellent ongoing impression for prospective customers over multiple channels, including email, phone, and social media. This role requires demonstrated experience as a Sales Development Representative with quantifiable results. The position is hybrid, based in the Boston area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and sourcing potential decision-makers, leading qualification meetings and working cross functionally between the sales and marketing teams to qualify warm leads
- Prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities
- Work with the Marketing team to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s)
- Proactively target and engage with potential prospects to qualify and set appointments for the sales executives and compile weekly metrics on outcomes
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest and develop contacts to build the Medisafe sales pipeline
- Meet quarterly and annual objectives for qualified lead generation
- Deliver consistent messaging alongside the marketing and sales team and identify the best target market segments
- Maintain active engagement with leads through informed, creative follow-ups
- Prepare for and facilitate initial capability calls with prospects and sales executives
Experience/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business Degree a plus
- Minimum 3 years of Sales Development experience required
- Health/ pharma related experience preferred but not required
- Experience with Salesforce is required
- Ability to quickly and effectively engage potential customers using a variety of communication avenues
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, to internal and external stakeholders
- Adept at internalizing new sales and marcom technologies and utilizing them to their full potential
- Top-notch organizational skills required
