About The Role:

This is a vital sales role (Remote/home office-based). The Sales professional will lead the growth and development of their Accounts. The hire will play a key role within the company, developing new partnerships with brands, patient support services, digital, innovation, and market access functions within pharmaceutical manufacturers. On top of your own efforts, The hire will have both sales development representative and marketing lead generation support and drive the entire sales cycle from warm prospecting into companies to securing meetings with senior-level decision-makers. The hire will take the account through a needs analysis, develop and present our solutions and then will be tasked with closing the sale. This position is focused on new business development and the cultivation and growth of such accounts after they have been penetrated.   As a business builder and leader within the company, the VP will be a key member of Medisafe’s growing team, work closely with their Partner Success colleagues supporting current customers and work closely with their sales development representative support lead generation.

Ideal Candidates:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience calling directly on pharmaceutical brands/Patient services/analytics/ commercial operations functions with a proven track record of success meeting and exceeding annual sales/revenue targets.
  • Experience selling solutions to brand marketers, commercial leaders, consumer-focused roles, patient services, analytics functions, and leadership teams at any level of pharma.
  • Has designed, developed, and executed MM deals
  • Has sold strategic, complex offerings into Pharma. Digital channel experience is a plus
  • Technology and SaaS-based sales experience is a plus.

  • Brings in own contacts and book of business and responsible for own lead generation along with support from SDR

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We’re looking for a talented content/UX writer that will be responsible for creating content for new programs and ensuring copy is cohesive across multiple platforms and touchpoints. Initial responsibilities will be to support senior-level Partner Success staff during program implementations and managing components of the end-to-end medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review process. This role will review all submissions for appropriate routing and ensure compliance. Additional responsibilities will be to ensure the copy is engaging for patients, promotes Medisafe, and is grammatically accurate and culturally appropriate..

      WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

    In this role, you’ll be helping to create a meaningful patient experience through the written word of the mobile application and other promotional formats, such as video, hard copy brochures, etc.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The core of the role is adjusting content provided by our partner's team for web and hard copy formats into Medisafe’s mobile experience
  • The role will gain a full understanding of the patient journey with the brand and adjust the provided content accordingly, as to trigger specific actions and engagement with the app, and safely walk patients through their journey, keeping them informed, confident, and motivated
  • This position will work closely with the Medisafe Product team as well as the US Partner Success team
  • Will need to be flexible/available for some morning meetings (7 am - 10 am) to ensure communication with teams in different time zones
  • Experience with Medical, Legal and Regulatory processes is preferred
  • This role will prepare documents for MLR review and facilitate document-required changes and comments as part of MLR meetings
  • Ensure consistency and quality of promotional and medical submissions
  • Perform quality review checks to ensure all changes have been completed
  • ​​IDEAL CANDIDATES:

  • 5-10 years experience as a content writer, microcopy writer, or UX writer with a focus in the following areas: Medical technology Digital Writing for apps US pharma or insurance
  • 2-3 years experience with MLR
  • B2B experience is required; B2B2C and B2C experience is a plus

    About The Role:

    We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Operations Manager to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The goal of sales operations is to reduce friction in the sales process so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities. The Sales Operations will support aggressive growth goals; the sales team needs operational support to accelerate sales cycles and volume. The goal of sales operations is to create seamless processes and support throughout the sales cycle to reduce the administrative tasks for the sales team.

    Ideal Candidates:

    • 3+ years of experience with sales analytics, reporting, Sales Development, or Sales Operations
    • Experience with Salesforce administrator, process improvements/support alleviating sales reps from administrative cycle tasks, sales velocity, reporting, forecasting, oversee pipeline management, ensuring enough deals are being added and nurtured.
    • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus

    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    Medisafe is looking for a Corporate Counsel experienced in Pharma/ Health Tech/ App Licensing. The Corporate Counsel will serve as the central point of contact for the legal needs of our business, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements with the Company’s customers and partners, leading legal, regulatory and security reviews requested by our partners, and providing guidance to internal team members on legal issues and considerations related to our business. In addition, the Corporate Counsel will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory, security and privacy guidelines, such as HIPAA, GDPR and more. This position interacts with personnel at all levels of the Company as well as with external customers and business partners, and requires the ability to understand and frame legal and related business issues to successfully prepare, review and negotiate commercial agreements. We are seeking someone that is team oriented with strong interpersonal skills, but also has a high-level of initiative, ability to work autonomously and can recognize when to seek guidance from leadership and/or external counsels.

    WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

    As Medisafe’s Corporate Counsel you will play a lead role in reviewing, negotiating and advising regarding legal contracts Medisafe is entering into with its partners. In additional, you will lead all MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) and security reviews held with our partners, and aggregate information from internal resources (including Product, R&D and Partner Success) to complete these processes. You will ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in our industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with leading pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations and other business partners
  • Lead the review and negotiation of various legal agreements with Partners: SOWs, Change Orders, Partner Integration Agreements, Security Reviews, RFP’s and more
  • Build and maintain templates of answers/ information for standard legal reviews and security reviews
  • Assist with components of the medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review processes held with each of our partners
  • Manage Medisafe's risk management program, including mitigation strategies with insurance
  • Oversee legal matters of the business and act as the business’ legal representative
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and privacy standards in the Pharma / Medical App industries and oversee processes related to compliance with such standards
  • Provide advice and counsel on data privacy, data security matters and other legal considerations
  • Handle legal fillings for Copyright and Intellectual Property
  • ​​IDEAL CANDIDATES:

  • J.D. degree and admission to a state bar is required
  • 4-5 years practice with an established law firm or relevant in-house counsel experience

You will research our users’ engagement with various features and brainstorm new ideas on how we can improve the product in order to help users reach their goal: Improved health outcomes. Success in the role means asking smart questions and presenting their answers, in order to improve our decision-making.
    Responsibilities:
      • Analyze a large data-set and provide useful and actionable insights and recommendations
      • Analyze existing usage to explore user behavior by running A/B testing methodology and segmentation
      • Analyzing all aspects of the data of the organizers in the product

    Medisafe is looking for a talented Product Content Manager to curate the platform’s Resource Centers, which provide education, tools, and resources to patients with various health conditions, and engages them on the Medisafe platform. The Resource Centers contain content such as health-related articles, symptom/health trackers, condition-specific information, and more. The Product Content Manager will be responsible for researching, curating, and writing content related to different medical conditions, analyzing metrics and statistics regarding target customers' demographics and preferences, and creating multimedia content that increases pharma brand awareness. In addition, the Product content manager will engage in copy-writing activities for the Company’s Product team. This role requires resourcefulness and creativity and strong writing skills. Biology/medical experience can be beneficial in this role as well. .

      WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH:

    In this role, you’ll be helping create a meaningful Resource Center, providing patients with information regarding their medical conditions using content provided by our partners, and creating engaging content that invites the patients to interact and remain engaged.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The core of the role is adjusting  web and hard copy content provided by our partners into Medisafe’s mobile experience
  • The role will gain a full understanding of different medical conditions and will curate content accordingly
  • This position will work closely with the Medisafe Product team as well as the US Marketing team
  • Perform quality review checks to ensure all changes have been completed
  • ​​IDEAL CANDIDATES:

  • 2-3 years experience as a content writer with a focus in the following areas: Medical technology or medicine
  • B2C experience is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast learner, comfortable learning new technologies, and willing to dive in
  • Not afraid of data analytics and willing to learn how to analyze data to understand the effects of different pieces of content have on our patients
  • Independent, self-starter who thrives in an app environment
  • Willing to travel up to 10% nationally
